The Thai hit series Pit Babe will return for Season 2 on May 2.
The new season saw some changes as the original content writer decided to move in a new direction.
That included picking the story up from where Season 1 left off and removing the Omegaverse element.
“The content you’re about to read will continue the story from the series version of Pit Babe.
This means the storyline, characters, and some details will differ from the first season’s novel
version,” author alittlebixth said when announcing the story’s continuation.
They added: “Additionally, in this installment, readers will experience Pit Babe in the version I, as the writer, originally hoped to see in the first series.” alittlebixth revealed why they had made changes, saying,
“This includes removing the Omegaverse element entirely from the storyline, as I have recognized the issues associated with this genre and no longer wish to produce works that conflict with my beliefs and principles.”
So, no cisgender men are getting pregnant but the show retains it’s main allure of racing, weird powers, and full throttle horniness.
‘Pit Babe’ Season 2 Is Back in Full Throttle
The race is on in the teaser above, with Charlie (Pooh Krittin Kitjaruwannakul) and Babe (Pavel Naret Promphaopun) back on the tracks.
Competition is rife as Babe loses to Willy, who makes a point of rubbing it in. Charlie is always ready to protect Babe, but is that what Babe wants?
Meanwhile, something weird is going on in the garage. Pete (Ping Orbnithi Leelavetchabutr) has a new assistant who looks like Way (Nut Supanut Lourhaphanich) but not quite.
The season promises more pairings that will make it hotter than the first.
Charlie and Babe discover new spoils in each other while Sonic (TopTen Supakorn Saokhor) and Way, Kenta and Kim, (Benz Atthanin Thaninpanuvivat) and Pete and Way start exploring each other.
Meanwhile, Jeff (Pon Thanapon Aiemkumchai) battles new developments with Alan’s (Sailub Hemmawich Kwanamphaiphan) support.
Elsewhere, Tony (S Vorarit Vaijairanai) has something wild cooking and plans to unleash it.
The New Season Is About the Show’s Strongest Aspects
alittlebixth highlighted that Pit Babe Season 2 will lean into other aspects as it abandons the problematic ones.
“As a result, this installment of Pit Babe will be a full-fledged fantasy novel centered around the theme of car racing,” they said, adding:
“I hope readers will understand and embrace this change with an open mind. I firmly believe that this new version of Pit Babe will offer much more to its audience and become a novel I can proudly present once again. With more love than you’d expect.”
Pit Babe Season 2 debuts on Change2561’s YouTube Channel on May 2.
